  • SOURCING SUSTAINABLY: In our commitment to sustainable sourcing, we keep a watchful eye on where our food is coming from. We know our partners and suppliers and put them through a rigorous quality assurance process before bringing their product into inventory.
  • LEADER OF CULINARY DEVELOPMENT: We believe that good wholesome food made with love is a universal language. We want to help create a memorable culinary experience for everyone including those with allergens, dietary restrictions and dietary preferences. We are constantly developing and sourcing products that are void of the most common allergens so food can be shared and enjoyed by all.
  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT: Limiting the impact that our operations have on the environment is extremely important to Curate. From being involved in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program to evaluating eco friendly transportation, we are constantly improving our corporate activity and environmental practices.
  • NOURISH OUR COMMUNITIES: We operate on the belief that being an active member of our community makes our business better. That’s why each month we donate 1,000 pounds of food to the Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston Food Bank. We also support several local charities that are near and dear to our heart. These includes our support in ending homelessness, hunger, cancer, and other important medical research. Through our community we cultivate a sense of shared success.

We go above and beyond to protect collected data, communicate our privacy policies, monitor our partners, respect the privacy of our partners, and promote a culture of respect and privacy in the workplace.
